Thjey both enjoy the luxury of being directly on the road side without the noise of traffic as they look down over the open spaces of the town of Positano and it's main beach wich reaches out to the Is of Capri and its Mediterranean sea. A fantastic family rental property or great for two couples. One bedroom - sleeps 2- 3 pers ( + single sofa bed) When Rai was renovating this apartment my Mum and her friend Barb were in town. I had to take them to see it as they are both property perves from way back. Even under construction the beauty of this apartment was apparent. It's enormous arched windows & doors onto the garden terrace being one of it's most stunning features together with a direct access for it's full working kitchen straight onto the terrace. With one large bedroom and a super comfortable sofa bed it is a great duel rent with Capitello right next door. We all fantisized about buying it one day, it would be our dream in Positano. Alas ... A 7 min stroll down the hill to the main beach, all the shops and restaurants and the bonus is Bar Bruno right next door, one of my favourite eateries in Positano. Tucked away in the very "local" area of La Chiesa Nuova, the first part of town I lived in when I arrived here over 25 years ago, this little apartment has it all. Great views, beautifully tiled floors, access to one of the best Trattoria just below, post office, bar, groceries, fabulous fish shop and good butcher.........all the reasons for making up a good "local" area. The German owner is a friend and professional pianist so it's beautiful piano is under lock and key .....unless you are an excellent player! The front door is also one of the prettiest in town.
