I can't say I have ever seen such a splendid & enormous pool as this one on the Amalfi coast, you see the pool before you see the villa in all it's glory. I first saw this property under construction and was captivated by it's impressive position on the coast! It was a true labour of love on the owner part and every detail tells a story. I would make the occasional visit to see how Ulricco was progressing, and although it seemed to take forever, the end result was worth the wait! I always loved the fact that I could drive down the driveway and not worry about  parking on the Amalfi Coast road.

Description:
This beautifully positioned villa is surrounded by lemon trees, olive trees and bougainvilleas in a typical gently terraced landscape which create the perfect Mediterranean atmosphere. As you enter the villa you will find the main sitting room adjoining a magnificent sea view and terrace, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture surrounded by a tranquil shaded garden. From this area you can access the Villa’s 4 bedrooms. The modern kitchen is well-equipped. The whole house is air-conditioning for the warmer summer months. One of the most exciting features of this property is it’s amazing sea water pool measuring 17m x 6m and gives a sensation of being suspended just above the Mediterranean sea. A private path will gives you exclusive access to the sea below. From the rocky outlets at sea level you can  dive  into the Mediterranean. The villa is accessible from the main coastal road and there is parking space for  3 cars in its driveway.

The decor is an elegant mix of contemporary and colorful ethnic pieces. Villa Acqua Azzurra is situated 4 km from Cetara, a quaint  fishing village which possesses some of the area’s best restaurants and 4 kms from  Maiori to other side with its charming  seaside promenade on the  main beach which is scattered with restaurants and bars.

Rental Conditions:
This property is rented from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of one week during the High Season (June – Sept), other periods are negotiable for shorter rental periods.

The property  includes all linen and towels and is cleaned 2 times a week. Extra cleaning service is available at an added cost. A cook is also available at an extra free.

Access:
Car rental is highly recommended.
20 minutes from Amalfi, 25 minutes from Ravello, 40 minutes from Positano, 50 minutes from Pompei.

Tariffs & Seasons:
High Season:  July/August – 6300 €
Mid Season:  May/June/Sep/to mid Oct/Xmas/New Year – 5200€
Low Season:  other months -3500€
