This apartment has the prettiest ceiling in town! Tucked away in the very "local" area of La Chiesa Nuova, the first part of town I lived in when I arrived here over 25 years ago, this little apartment has it all. Great views, beautifully tiled floors, access to one of the best Trattoria just below, post office, bar, groceries, fabulous fish shop and good butcher.........all the reasons for making up a good "local" area. The German owner is a friend and professional pianist so it's beautiful piano is under lock and key .....unless you are an excellent player!  The front door is also one of the prettiest in town.

This delightful apartment enjoys magnificent views towards the island of Capri. High up in the town of Positano, the Chiesa Nuova area is known as THE “local” area. It’s the hub of the village. It boast the best groceries, butcher and fish shop. There is also the local post office and Carabinieri ( cop shop). The institutional Bar Internazionale for an early breakfast with the locals on your way down town to the beach or a night cap before turning in. You can buy a toaster and a vacuum cleaner in this area, which hopefully you won’t have to think about on vacation or do a mobile phone contract. All on one corner!  La Nichia also enjoys one of the best easy eateries in town! Il Grottino Azzurro.

This charming apartment with high white vaulted ceilings and plenty of Mediterranean light is the jewel of the area. Crisp blue and white delicately tiled floors and an outdoor shower on the terrace for hot summer days after the beach make this apartment a very special venue to spend your holiday.

Security  Deposit:
There is a 250 euro deposit to pay in cash on arrival for damages and phone charges. This will be reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
