This magnificent Penthouse was once three seperate apartments until Rai recently  made it one big three bedroom, three bathroom Penthouse! The idea spot for 6 friends to have a holiday. When I lived here I always seemed to know one  of the apartment's tenents and spent a bit of time here so have imbedded the image of it's incredible view in my mind, now even more beautiful that it is one large open space.

Description:
The Ulysses apartment building started life in the late 1800's as the first hotel in the yet to be discovered town of Positano, a small and rustic fishing village between Sorrento and Amalfi.    

It was bought by the present owners after the First World War and in 1995 was closed for remodelling as luxury apartments. Today the Ulysses apartments consist of 4 floors of 9 luxury apartments. Five of these nine apartments are available for weekly rent year round.

 All apartments are fully air conditioned and heated; this is the perfect haven during the warmer busy summers or the cooler quieter off season periods. Set just above the main road that thread through the town of Positano, its position is perfect, not too internal and not too far out of town.

 All apartments have a majestic view of the sea and Positano below. All feature kitchenettes, telephones, , FREE WiFi , satellite TV and the little local bus stop is just 20 metres away next to the excellent delicatessen that do home deliveries of all delicious local products. For a quick 10 minute spin around town, the main centre and beach of Positano there is a the small  local  Positano bus ( just 1.5 euro) or you can enjoy  an easy decent by foot in less than 10 minutes.

High over Positano with a 180 degree view of this jewel-like village and its main beach is Tre Viste, the wonderful Penthouse of the Ulysses apartments. This luxury apartment has double glazed windows for heat and noise isolation; fully air conditioned or  heated  for the chillier months . This is the perfect property for three couples or a group of friends for a fabulous holiday overlooking the Mediterranean sea with  all the best food and fun at your feet in the precious town of Positano.

Included in Rental:
Two hours cleaning a week with one linen and two towel changes.
Air conditioning

Extras on Request:
Extra maid service is available with a 2 hour minimum @ 12 euro an hour.
A local chef is available at 12 euro an hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
Baby sitters can be arranged at 20 euro @ hour.
Heating is available at 20 euro a day or 140 euro a week for all apartments



Rental Conditions:
Clients should arrive between 2 – 7 pm. Later arrivals will attract a surcharge of 50 euro and there will be no check ins after 10pm. Please notify owner if you are aware of travel problems.
Checkout time is before 10am on your day of departure.
All train, flight and/or ship arrival details are appreciated on the time of booking. And mobile phone
numbers are requested where possible to keep track of arrivals and departure.
An advanced food supply can be organized prior to arrival with a 25 euro cash delivery fee to be
settled on arrival plus the expenses of the delivery. E.g. breakfast food, wine, fresh bread, cheeses,
cold cuts, coffee etc, so please make sure you let us know on booking if you require this service.

Tariffs and Seasons for 2012:
High Season – March 31 - April 7 / 12 May – 6 Oct / 22 Dec - 6 Jan '13 @ week - 4000 €
Low Season – all other months - @ week - LS 3400 €

Security Deposit:
There is a 500 euro deposit to pay in cash on arrival for damages and phone charges. This will be
reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
