Description:
These fantastically central apartments are right in the middle of the main beach of Positano, and they are the only ones!  They are a stone’s throw from the water’s edge and not only surrounded by the stunning Mediterranean sea, they are also neighbours with many delightful local restaurants , bars, shops, beach facilities, boat rentals and hydrofoils.  The best thing of all is having the beach to themselves early in the morning whether strolling home from a late night in the disco  at the other end of the beach  to enjoy an early morning coffee with the local fishermen just back from bringing in their nets.............or getting up early for a peaceful swim before the rest of the town  arrives for a day at the beach.  These apartments have enviable access to everything you would ever need for a wonderful summer holiday in Positano. There are 12 apartments in total: some have kitchenettes  to prepare a light meal for the kids or a romantic dinner on your own terrace overlooking the town. Or  for the more active guests who prefer to eat out,  others comfortable suites  are available  with a double bedroom , en-suite bathroom and mini fridge to keep your drinks cold. There are no land line phones in these apartments, so bring your mobiles or for a small fee the owner can organize a rental mobile!

All apartments have air conditioning/heating.

This is the easiest summer accommodation you will ever find -  I recommend these apartments  all year round except if you  are seeking a tranquil and quiet vacation, best to leave July and August to the more energetic  tenants who enjoy coffee with the fishermen early in the morning!

*This is one of the few properties I deal with that accepts bookings for less than one week.
High Season – July has a minimum of 5 nights. August has a minimum of 7 nights
Mid and Low Seasons – both have a minimum of 3 nights.

This apartment is on the ground level and enjoys a great terrace for outdoor dining.

Fresh bedroom and bathroom linen on arrival – gas – electricity

Not included in Rental
Please check on booking what the final cleaning cost will be for your apartment. Maximum will be 80€.  – Parking – porters – beach towels – children’s cots, high chairs etc..

Extras on Request:
A price list for personal laundry is in the apartment.
All the above items not included in the rental can be requested at a fee, except the compulsory final cleaning service.



Rental Conditions:
  • A photocopy of all passports must be given to the owners on arrival.
  • The owners will wait for clients with keys till 10pm. A paid guardian will then be present at a cost of 80 €  (this will be at the clients expense)
  • Mobile phone numbers should be given on booking so the owners have contact with clients while arrive for eventual problems with delays.
Tariffs & Seasons 2011:
High Season – July, August, Xmas & Easter – Tariffs on request
Mid Season -  May, June & September – Tariffs on request
Low Season – All remaining months  - Tariffs on request

Security Deposit:
There is a 200 euro deposit to pay in cash on arrival for damages or lost apartment property.  This will be reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
