The owner of this villa and I became friends in our swimwear......In fact I don't think I have ever seen him wearing  much more than a pair of swim trucks and a t-shrit. Natale then  showed me through his wonderful villa in Praiano years ago, with views, orchards and tranquility  it became one of my dream holiday destinations.  He also showed me the family's little apartment in a very"local" area of Positano which at the time posessed a large grand piano kept under lock and key naturally - his mother being a professional and very good piano player. The apartment too is rented during the season.

Villa Pergola – Praiano (6 km from Positano toward Amalfi) sleeps 6 pers 

Description:
This magnificent villa faces the Amalfi side of the town, not the Positano side. Which means it enjoy some of the most spectacular sun rises which filter through its leafy gardens and orchid  which surround this delightful villa. It is not “below” the Amalfi Coast road but “above” which allows it spectacular views up and down the coast. It also offers all the local comforts of a nearby delicatessen and close by local eateries. Every room has beautifully and individually designed ceramic floors which give the villa a cool and fresh space.

  • Two spacious double bedrooms
  • One twin room, that can become a double
  • Three bathrooms, one with multi functional Jacuzzi, the others with shower or bath.
  • One closed parking space  20 meters from the front door
  • Extra parking available close by  at 10 euro a day
  • Large living area with fire place and outdoor dining terrace overlooking the villa orchard.
  • Phone line and ADSL internet connection with two different types of charge cards – 1) Fixed usage and 2) pay as you go usage which can be recharged.
  • Orchard dip pool - 3 x 4 mts & 1,5 mts deep

Arrivals after 3.30 pm
Departures -  9am

Tariffs & Seasons:
High Season: 15 June – 15 Sept – 3500 € @ wk 
Mid Season: 1 Apr – 15 June & 15 Sept – 31 Oct –2600€ @ wk 
Low Season: 1 Oct – 30 March – 2000 € @ wk

Security Deposit:
500 € @ wk to be paid in cash on arrival to the villa guardian. This will be reimbursed just before departure minus any expenses included for damages or phone.
