This fresh airy two bedroom, two bathroom villetta was once a Cistern, but Rai ( the tower Porta and Ulysses apt owner) did it up magically with her impeccible taste. Rai has been a freelance set designer for the famous Franco Zeffirelli for years! I have send many friends and family here over the years, a lot who have stayed for well over a month to enjoyed it's proximity to town, wonderful views, cool thick walls that keep the heat out and lush surrounding garden.

Description:
Just a few minutes’ walk from the bustling centre of Positano; these two delightful adjacent properties overlook the main beach of Positano and are surrounded by lush vegetable gardens, citrus and olive trees.
Access to La Colomba is an easy pathway with less than 20 steps from the main internal road of Positano where the local bus passes 2 – 3 time an hour. This little paradise is just 5 mins walk to the main beach. These properties also have one of the best local Trattoria next door which serves delicious simple meals, lunch & dinner while enjoying the magnificent panorama of the town.
This property boasts two one of the prettiest terraces in this area. Surrounded by lush vegetation this terrace is the ideal spot to take easy home prepared meals in the summer months, enjoy the magnificent views of the Mediterranean and it’s coastline including the beautiful Galli Islands directly in front of Positano or simply fall asleep in the shade and snooze away the afternoon.

La Colomba is an ideal rent for 4 - 5 pers who require plenty of privacy.

Extra maid service is available at 12 euro an hour ( 2 hour minimum)
A cook is also available at the same price and time limit.
Baby sitters can be arranged at 12 euro an hour
All groceries can be ordered by phone and delivered with the use of credit card facilities.
Rental Conditons:
Clients should arrive between 2 – 7 pm. Later arrivals will attract a surcharge of 50 euro and no arrivals will be accepted after 10pm. Please notify owner if you are aware of travel problems.
Checkout time is before 10am on your day of departure.
All train, flight and/or ship arrival details are appreciated on the time of booking. And mobile phone numbers are requested where possible to keep track of arrivals and departure.
An advanced food supply can be organized prior to arrival with a 25 euro cash delivery fee to be settled on arrival plus the expenses of the delivery. E.g. breakfast food, wine, fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, coffee etc, so please make sure you let us know on booking if you require this service. Tariffs and Seasons for 2012:
High Season – March 31 - April 7 / 12 May – 6 Oct / 22 Dec - 6 Jan '13 @ week - 3400 €
Low Season – all other months - @ week - LS 2200 €
Security Deposit:
There is a 200 euro deposit to pay in cash on arrival for damages and phone charges. This will be reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
