This is the baby sister apartment to Colomba and is perched just above. They make an idea double rent if you are more than 4 pers. My mother Maggie and I stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed the company of our friends close by but maintained our own space and tranquility when needed. It too has a splendid terrace ideal for lunches under the pergola, reading a book  in the shade or  practicing some early morning yoga facing  the Mediterranean to help develop  your inner eye!

• La Colombina – sleeps 4 pers. – 1 bedroom.
• Large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
• The living area has a comfortable sofa bed  that becomes  two single beds or a double.
• Off the small living area is a second bathroom with shower and washing machine
• Adjoining the living room is a pretty small but fully fitted kitchen.
• Both rooms have large window balconies overlooking the sea.
• The best feature of La Colombina is the dining and sunning terrace off the kitchen area
•  air conditioned for the summer months and heated in winter.
•  satellite TV, inbuilt safe, & CD player
• A private path  takes you down to a small intimate beach below. On the way is a  dip pool built just below  the Torre Porta  (an 11th C tower  owned by the same family) and shared only by guests of La Colombina & La Colomba Villette.
•  La Colombina is  ideal  for 2 - 4 pers who require plenty of privacy.

  Extra on request:
  Heating is available at  70€ @ week Colombina
  Extra maid service is available at 12 euro an hour ( 2 hour minimum)
  A cook is also available at the same price and time limit.
  Baby sitters can be arranged at 12 euro an hour
  All groceries can be ordered by phone and delivered with the use of credit card facilities.
  
  Rental Conditons:
  Clients should arrive between 2 – 7 pm. Later arrivals will attract a surcharge of 50 euro and there will be no check ins after 10pm . Please notify owner if you are aware of travel problems. 
  Checkout time is before 10am on your day of departure.
  All train, flight and/or ship arrival details are appreciated on the time of booking.  And mobile phone numbers are requested where possible to keep track of arrivals and departure.
  
  An advanced food supply can be organized prior to arrival with a 25 euro cash delivery fee to be settled on arrival plus the expenses of the delivery. E.g. breakfast food, wine, fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, coffee etc, so please make sure you let us know on booking if you require this service.
  
  Tariffs and Seasons for 2012:
  High Season – March 31 - April 7 / 12 May – 6 Oct / 22 Dec - 6 Jan '13 @ week - 2400 €
  Low Season – all other months - @ week - LS 1550 €
  
  
  Security Deposit:
  There is a 200 euro deposit to pay in cash on arrival for damages and phone charges. This will be reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
