This is a  little villetta nestled between its big brother and sister properties, Acqua al Cielo and Giardino Fresco. A romantic getaway for just two or the three properties together make up a perfect rental for 10 û 12 pers with the  peaceful and quiet surroundings of the  town of Nocelle just  5 kms above  the bustling  Amalfi Coast. All three properties share the use of a splendid  pool with phenomenal panoramic views over Positano and the Amalfi Coast. It has a comfortable dining area just next to the pool on the terrace and a locally crafted ceramic tiled outdoor shower ( hot & cold water) .

Description:
The area of Nocelle is not only peaceful and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the water front areas on the Coast; it is also a few degrees cooler in the heat of summer and the perfect retreat. Venturing down to the town of Positano in the cool of the evening becomes a wonderful outings or a wander down the road (a few kms) to the nearby town of Montepertuso for a delicious meal in one of its well know mountain restaurants.  This area is also trekkers delight with access to almost anywhere on the Latteri Mountains from this tiny town perched high above Positano. The town also boasts one of the best eateries on the mountain and serve a mouth watering rabbit! They will also take care of your delicatessen needs for the villa.

Included in Rental:
Fresh bedroom linen is supplied on arrival and bathroom linen will be changed again half way through the week. If more frequent changes are required, please request on arrival.

Not included in the Rental:
ADSL access for the internet is 25 euro @ week

Extras on request:
Extra cleaning can be requested before arrival at 15Ç an hr.
      
Rental Conditions:
Arrivals between 3 - 4 pm and Departures between 9 -10am. Negotiable.

Tariffs & Seasons:
High Season: End June û End August, Easter, Xmas & New Year - 1.200 euro @ week
Mid Season: May, June & first half of September - 1.100 euro @ week
Low Season:  All remaining months - 1000 euro @ week

Security Deposit:
There is a 200 euro security deposit for damages to be paid in cash on arrives. This will be reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
