This is a jewel of a Villa perched up in the area of Positano called La Sponda, . It is right below Bar Bruno one of my favourite spots to eat in Positano and enjoys breath taking panoramic views of the main beach, the Galli Is and on a clear day the island of Capri! it is surrounded by lush gardens created by plenty of sun light.
This fantastic villa can be rented as one property and would sleep 13 pers OR it can be easily divided into three seperate apartments sharing only one communal entrance gate  to the property but all with their own individual entance way.

• Ground Floor - Prato: 2 bdrm    1 couple - 2 children
  
  This beautiful garden are of the villa, under the roadside so very quiet,  has one of the most luxurious master bedrooms I have ever seen!  arched floor to ceiling windows look onto a large rich green garden which in turn showcases the entire  main beach of Positano and the deep blue  Mediterranean sea & fantastic for out door dining.Right next to the master is a full bathroom with tub/shower. A small mezzanine level has an airy light cubby house style twin bedroom with large window for fresh air onto the beach, this is perfect for two kids or two young adults, with en-suite bathroom. Generous airy living area &  fully equipped kitchen are also on this level
  
  Middle Floor - Belvedere: 3 bdrm - 2 doubles + 1 twn
  
  This light & airy middle section of the villa house three great bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. A generous living area and a couple of quaint outdoor cocktail terraces for anything from evening drinks to morning coffee . Spacious living area and second small kitchen are also on this floor.
  
  Top Floor - Tetto: studio room - 1 double + 1 single
  
  This is the floor closest to the roadside and entrance to the villa. It is one spacious room with 1 regular double bed and 1 single bed. En-suite bathroom and cooking corning. No oven. It also enjoys an magnificent roof top terrace for outdoor dining with spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast and the Galli Is.

High Season: 16 June - 8 Sept & 31 March - 14 April -  7.100 euro @ wk

The above prices refer to the entire villa sleeping 13 pers. Rooms can be subtracted making the tariff less according to beds required. Please notify me on request for a precise quote.

Security Deposit:

To be established on booking request according to number of guests. To be paid in cash on arrival to your concierge and reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
