This beautifully positioned villa is right infront of the Galli Is. in the heart of Positano. It enjoys the main beach to the left and the fun local beach of Fornillo to the right. Villa Delizia is the villa with it's heart and soul in the kitchen which is a chef's dream! With typical hanging copper pots that decorate the walls, a long dining  table for a hungry party & plenty of space to practice pizza tossing, this villa is truely a cooks' delight. On the other hand it is surrounded by  quaint little  terraces that embrace the entire villa to enjoy a simple relaxing moment with breath-taking views.  An excellent local chef  can be arranged to give cooking classes and you don't even have to leave home!

Description:

This delightful villa is accessed by a narrow staircase from the main rd of apx 50 stairs ( very few under Amalfi Coast standards!). Hence the magnificent views that can be enjoyed from various terraces surrounging the villa.
 
On entering the villa there is one very large and long terrace facing the Mediterranean Sea. The far end of this terrace is covered for shade and is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

 Directly off this terrace is the  very generous &  fully equipped kitchen area which also boasts a long dining table fit for a King and his Knights!  Behind the kitchen area is a storage room which accommodates the  laundry with washing machine & dryer.

Right next door to the kitchen is the sunny  main living room- equipped with TV, queen sofa bed , service bathroom and a charming  alcove sitting area with fire place for a quiet relaxing read or simply to contemplate the magnificent Mediterranean sea at your feet!

 From here there is a grand staircase which  takes you upstairs to the three bedrooms.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom ( walk in shower) and private terrace which enjoys the same view as below. Next to this room is the second double bedroom and a comfortable twin room. These two rooms share a spacious double sink bathroom with tub and shower and both have direct access  to an enormous terrace with views from Paiano to Li Galli Is.

Rental Tariffs:
High Season -  July, August, Sept, Xmas, New Year & Easter  - 4,900 euro @ week

Security Deposit:
500 euro to pay in cash on arrival. this will be reimbursed before departure minus any expenses incurred.
