This is the newest baby on the block! And the young dynamic  brother/sister team who have created this multi terraced  haven have been friends for years. Robi walked me through this fabulous villa in 2008 chatting away quietly about the spacious bedrooms, multi terracing and the 5 mins walk into town. The surprise came when we got to the kitchen which is  fully  & professionally equipped! The bonus with this family is that Mamma e Papa' run a fabulous Agrotourism property  just down the coastal road  and they will often do a great deal with  split accommodation. Fantastic small pool to cool off when you get home from the beach.

Description:
This wonderful villa overlooks the Mediterranean sea and the gem like town of Positano. It is just a
short 10 minute walk along the Amalfi Coast road from the main centre.

The Villa Bianca embraces typical Positanese architecture with Byzantine influences reconstructed
by the well known constructors of this area. Arches, vaults and niches are all interwoven with
Majolica pastel colours. This villa enjoys breathtaking views from ample balconies and verandas
facing the rich Mediterranean sea, the mythical Galli Islands also known as the Sirene’s Islands and
the fairy tale town of Positano.

The villa is divided into two levels and surrounded by gardens and terraces. The light and airy living
area has wonderful panoramic views, comfortable sofas and a large dining table.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living /dining area and fully equipped with the best professional
appliances.

All bedrooms are spacious, individually decorated, have a built in safe, air conditioning and have
their own balcony facing the sea.

The delightful and small beach directly under the villa can be accessed in just a few minutes by a
stair case. Its typical beach bar has wonderful fresh salads, delicious dishes of pasta and fish and is a
favourite of many local of this area. Alternatively a quiet early morning swim in the crystal waters of
this beach or an evening dip when the sun worshippers have gone home are some of the perfect
holiday treats of this villa.

  • There are five magnificent Mediterranean double bedrooms with either a large double bed or twin beds, each with its own bathroom equipped with spacious shower or hydro massage tubs.
  • Dependence roof top apartment is available at an extra charge.
  • Satellite television with wide screen, Bose’ sound and DVD player. There is also wireless Internet access throughout the villa.
  • Each one has been equipped with i-pd music to add to the joys of listening to the sounds of the sea.
  • A charming 5 -6 metre pool with comfortable sunning area and shade.

Continental breakfast per full villa @ € 15,00 a head from 8.30am – 10.30am

- Extra cleaning service fee is € 15,00 an hour
- Baby sitter € 15,00 an hour
- Laundry service can be organized at an agreed price.

Rental Conditions:
Rents run from Saturday to Saturday in High Season and are negotiable in Mid and Low season.

Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm.

Check out time is before 11am.

One week before arrival an apx time of arrival is essential for the owners plus mobile phone
numbers and/or email address for urgent communication. And most importantly, the layout of beds
required for the guests stay – e.g. how many double beds, twins etc

Tariff and Season 2012 for 6 bedrooms :

High Season: July/August - 10,250 €

Mid Season: May/June/September/Xmas - 8,950 €

Low Season: April/October/Easter – 8,000 €

 Remaining months: 6.050 €



Security deposit for phone and damages to be paid in cash on arrival - 1000 euro. This will be
reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
